This is a nice product overall, however the instruction manual is a bit of a nightmare. There are few words in the manual, mainly pictures. I had issues with the removable side rails for the screen doors and LED lighting as well as the heater installation. It turned out that I didn't need to remove most of the side rails in the very first step as I wasn't installing a screen. It would have been nice to know this. I wasted quite a bit of time removing them and then reinstalling them. The instructions for the remote and control box are vague, and the heater did not include hardware for use in conjunction with LED lighting. You must sync the lighting, heater, and the motor (if you purchased these) before closing the controller into the pergola. This was basically glossed over. There is no guidance for the orientation of the pergola for wind and/or sun, so you'll be on your own there. Additionally, if you are installing the pergola over pavers, you must be prepared to remove them and pour concrete anchors. I am enjoying the product, but if the manual was written better (or written at all), it would have been a much better experience for me.

not very good pricing practice. i would have paid 4000 dollar less today than a month ago. company would not match price. i bought on sale!!!! Sale changes all the time!! makes you feel very stupid. Return very expensive. I wish they would unjust the price when I called but NO. product is fine. If it was not for this overcharge I’d give it great reviews. And yes! Cats love it

That said, prices do vary from one sale to the next and month to month. We don’t offer retroactive price matching because our sales reflect real-time factors like inventory, seasonality, and supplier costs, which can fluctuate often. Tying prices to the date of purchase—as explained in section 3.3 of our Terms and Conditions—helps us keep pricing fair and transparent for all customers.
