Service, products all great....$100 delivery (rates are calculated at 15% of order cost) for a relatively small item seems ridiculous

Paypal doesn't work and there is no confirmation when you hit the submit button for the regular credit card payment. Perhaps it may be because I have popups blocked automatically. Forgot to check that.
