I found it very difficult to get the mouse to activate many of the last boxes on each webpage - next, order, etc. Had to click very hard 2-3 times to get it to work and almost gave up!

When purchasing an item for only $19.95 its hard to swallow a $10.00 shipping fee. I think the shipping fee should be a percentage of the item just like the items of higher value.

I like the bands that I ordered. The discount was nice. The shipping was pricey. The tax is really illegal. The Internet is supposed to be free.

I'm a personal Trainer in DC, and use mini bands with my clients, they have lasted years, but it's time for new ones. I was looking for them on amazon, and they were slightly cheaper on shipping, but higher cost per band on amazon in comparison to just ordering from Perform better. The site is easy to navigate, pictures load quickly, and everything works fine. Soo I will recommend in the future, just a lil disappointed by having to switch to perform better when they sell the same product on amazon.
