Quality of service and product.

Pro: Quick delivery. Low priced product. Great quality as always. Con: VERY high delivery charge. I had to select from a list of options with very little difference between them, and the least expensive delivery was higher than the product cost. I reduced the number of products I initially intended to purchase because the delivery charge would have been even greater - there was no economy of scale for ordering more merchandise. Interestingly, the huge delivery charge did not show up on my final balance when I was purchasing the product; a smaller one was used so I hoped I wouldn't be charged. But then I received another invoice by email from an associate at Perform Better which included the full delivery cost. I was ultimately able to buy the additional merchandise I also intended to buy from PB from Amazon for 1/2 the cost inclusive of shipping. Interestingly, PB's dumbbell pricing was such that the cost of a pair of dumbbells was cheaper than buying just one. But the delivery charges are greater for buying a pair obviously

The website was very easy to navigate. I made a mistake when ordering and selected that I would pick up my item at the warehouse. Someone from the company reached out to make sure that was what I intended and corrected the mistake for me. I had my bands the very next day. Good customer service is hard to come by. Perform Better has it!
