I need these and want the correct tension

First, I like the quality of the resistance bands, sturdy but not thick. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive an email inquiring about whether I wanted to pick up my order or have it mailed, and even mentioning the mailing charge. This was really helpful and beyond what I expected.

Great experience receiving assistance completing my order via the chat option on the website. Thank you Erin!
