Good quality products, with quick shipping and helpful customer service.

The delivery was so prompt. I placed the order and the next day it arrived at my door. I realized that I order the wrong type of resistance bands, however, the customer service department was so efficient & friendly that it made the exchange process a snap!

There are never any shipping deals or coupon codes no matter how many times I've ordered from them.

Loved the selection. Was frustrated that the 10% off code that I got for subscribing to emails would not work at checkout.

Get rid of shipping costs on small items

Nice clear clean website format/layout. Check out process could have been a little faster and smoother, though. Product was not cheap but quality is unmatched by the competition.
