Hello Pam, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience. We are always looking for ways to improve our website and make it as user-friendly as possible. It seems like most of the issues people are having deal with data clutter due to cookies and cache. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. This seems to be a reoccurring issue involving data clutter due to cookies and cache from the browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc). This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages/pop-ups. I would suggest clearing your browser data and see if that helps.
