I have ordered twice from Perform Better, and both times their service was absolutely fantastic. So shipping is not free, BUT, for the products I wanted, other sites charge for the product w/free shipping was about the same as the total bill from Perform Better. AND, for the reasonable shipping charge, my orders were delivered in less than 48 hours.

More product detail would have been nice so that I could have made a better informed choice. The design had changed and there was no mention of that change. I thought I was shipped the wrong item. Then, there was no assembly instructions.
