The main reason for the 5 star review is because I had a question while shopping on the website and a Chat quickly solved and answered. Additionally, the item is exactly what I wanted and it arrived very quickly. One thing I would like to be better is to pay less for shipping (it was $9.95).

ordered mini bands online. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Called customer service the issue was resolved quickly. I will return the items and receive a refund. I was transferred to a sales rep and ordered the correct size! All is well...A great customer service experience.
