Easy to order bands

It was easy to find my item and to have the option to buy several of one size. That was important to me and you provided that option.

It was great and when they noticed I paid too much for shipping they reduced the shipping

I ordered bands for PT and a pad for balance work. Everything arrived very quickly and ordering was seamless. Thank you, PB!

Had exactly what I wanted, and it was easy to order. I was not happy PB is still charging an extra COVID access fee when everybody else has dropped theirs,

Received wrong item initially, but customer service was quick and helpful and they sent me the right item free of charge
