The information on your website is clear and easy to find. Product information is useful. I appreciated the upfront information that my order of weights might incur a higher shipping rate. Great to have no surprises!

I found your sight through a google search. You had the best price for the mat rack I was looking for and I found a coupon for free shipping which made it that much better.

I love your product, but my package arrived with postage due and I had to go to the post office and pay the balance before I could get my order.

Hi Brenda, Thanks so much for your order, and I do apologize for this. You certainly shouldn't have had to pay any additional postage, so there must have been an error when shipping your order. I'll touch base with you separately to get this rectified and get you taken care of. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out, as my contact info is below. Again, we do apologize and thank you for your business, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]

Hello Farouq, We appreciate you ordering from us and also the feedback regarding your experience, and will forward this to our web manager. We have noticed that sometimes when customers have reported issues on our site, it has been due to data clutter from cookies and cache on web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc. This either slows down websites or blocks certain pages. A suggestion would be trying to clear your browser data and see if that helps fix the issues moving forward. Regarding Apple Pay - we currently don't have this as a payment option, but we're always looking for ways to make the shopping experience more convenient for our customers. I'll certainly pass this suggestion along. We also understand your concerns regarding the cost of shipping for your order. We work to provide the most accurate and fair shipping costs for all orders placed. I went ahead to calculate the shipping cost to check, and for your particular case, the shipping cost is spot on to what our carriers are quoting. And, the transit time to your location is just 2 business days from our warehouse, so you can expect delivery on Wednesday, 5/10! If you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via email, phone, or live chat and we will be glad to help in any way we can. We appreciate your business, Marissa Larobina M-F Athletic | Perform Better 1-800-556-7464 ext. 120 [email protected]
