From the first inquiry we were in constant communication and every thing was explained to us in plain easy to understand steps. The puppy is perfect and the whole process including delivery was flawless.

The instructions were very clear and everything was laid out for me so that there were no questions about the process. The meet up with the breeder was set up and happened just the way it was explained to me.

I had so much support from the young lady who was on hand- she patiently answered my questions. The young man from the transport service was great too. Thank you all.

From the moment we picked out our puppy the experience was great. They are trustworthy and very friendly. They kept us update on everything. When we called or sent a message they got right back to us. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Hey Shirley, thank you so much for the kind words, and thank you for trusting Pawrade to help you fund the perfect pup for you. Best wishes.
Experience was good. Staff was very supportive and professional. Prospective buyers should be made aware that there will be an additional fee for transportation, when they are shopping as the price quoted is not the total out-of-pocket. This way they will be prepared.

Hey Angela, we are so happy you chose Pawrade for your new best buddy. Many folks choose to pick up the pup themselves, which is of course free. If they choose to have the pup transported to them the hundreds or thousands of miles we do offer air and ground options at rates as affordable as possible.
The team at Pawrade made every step in the adoption of our new Frenchie Lainey so easy! Special thanks to Hannah, Cindy, and Donna for everything they did along the way! They were always available to answer any questions we had and truly make the puppies and customers their top priority! The breeder was kind and easy too deal with as well. Their love and hard work at socializing Lainey made acclimating her to her new home and big sister, our 3 yr old Frenchie Lucy, flawless! They are already running and playing together and snuggling up for nap time. If you're looking for a new fur baby and want to ensure you're dealing with an ethical company who puts the needs and health of the puppy first, you've come to the right place! We've already recommended Pawrade to several friends and coworkers and would definitely use their services again in the future. You can tell that everyone you deal with is an animal lover and they truly want to pair you with the right puppy for you and your family. Thanks again to everyone at Pawrade who helped complete our family!

Everyone was very helpful, professional and able to assist me with any questions I had about the website or the process. You can tell that the health and well being of my puppy was just as important to the staff as it was to me. My puppy was delivered on the date promised and in good condition. The couple who delivered my puppy were friendly and answered my questions too.
