Communication by staff was great! The pup was well cared for and in excellent condition. It was noticed within 15 minutes of taking delivery that pups did not respond to voices. A vet determined within 24 hours that pups was possibly deaf and may have a neurological issue showing facial twitching. He may require training with hand signals. He also has hookworms. The puppy is a very sweet boy, very loving.

My puppy arrived with man holding her. She is in excellent health and a real joy. Information about everything along the way was extensive and on tract. Because she was driven down she goes to bed in her grate and sleeps thru night and sleeps all night. A delightful surprise! I thank everyone from your firm to help me get her.
