We had a great and worry free experience. Pawrade had great and constant communication about the status of the puppy. Our puppy came in perfect and healthy. We would not hesitate and go through the process again. Highly recommend.

Concierge was sharp, curt and rude .Talked over me. Wouldn't let me get in a word. She should go. Can't make a complaint without paying. Pawrade is harboring an awful concierge.

We are sorry to hear that you may have had an unpleasant experience with one of our staff. We have reached out to you through Trustpilot so that we can get a bit more information from you so that we can address the situation. Unfortunately, you have not responded and we have no way of finding the recorded call considering we have hundreds daily. You can also send an email to [email protected] if you are more comfortable with that. Customer service is very important to us and we would appreciate any further help you can give us.
