PawradeReviews of pawrade.com

We had the best experience ever with Pawrade. We got our first family dog in 2024; Willow is our little girl. She is a mini dachshund with long hair.

Our initial experience with Pawrade was very good; however, transportation and delivery did not go well. Pup was sick and traumatized. She has issues to this day. We paid top dollar for her and she has health issues, one ear up and one down, and her tongue sticks out of her mouth about an inch. I contacted Pawrade to inquire about the breeder and received no response. Basically, they sell you the pup and you cannot check the breeder's credentials or receive any follow-up.

Pawrade is such a pleasure to work with. From the beginning to getting my sweet little boy in my arms they made everything easy. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions right away. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a pet. 🐾

For now I am pleased but still waiting on my puppy

The dog is great, thank you.

Overall a great experience. They are adamant about not dealing with puppy mills and that all their breeders are inspected for care and good breeding conditions. They also were very sure to ask for ID’s on our part. Very thorough in how they checked us out. Good communication. But the best part is the puppy, she is very very healthy.

PAWRADE sold me a very sick dog. This follow up review is a rebuttal to their denial and allegation that i was never a customer of theirs. They were arrogant uncaring and crude when I immediately alerted them and demanded action. They gave me the bureaucratic runaround while i was stuck with a dog delivered with the smell of feces along with anemia, pneumonia and an enlarged heart..all diagnosed by my vet within 48 hours of receiving my pup. Instead of wasting time with Pawrade I focused on helping my puppy survive a potentially fatal combination of illnesses. She was hospitalized, and put on iv medications just in time to spare her life. . I will never forgive Pawrade for turning their back on me at a very crucial time ... further endangering the life of my puppy with their foot dragging and doubletalk. Parwades allegation that I was never a customer is patently false. I have all of the purchase records and invoices from Pawrade. I also still have the dog I rescued from 3 severe illnesses ,along with vet paperwork and copies of bills to prove it.. When they angrily refused to help me I promised them I would make it my duty to warn people about them for as long as I am alive.. because i am an animal advocate. Trustpilot is not removing my review because it is true. Pawrade is trying to discredit my review by speculating that i am an "adopt dont shop" owner, or have something to gain with my negative review...and maintaining that i never purchased from them. That is a load of rubbish . Like I said before, I have all the documentation to prove who the liar is. I have recently purchased another pedigree dog...but NOT from Pawrade. Dont be sucked in by their recent series of happy go lucky sappy online ads. DO YOUR DEEP RESEARCH to fully understand the risks of buying from this company. Good luck.

This was a great experience. I received a healthy Saint Bernard and lots of advice from the staff and breeder. Lily was exceptional with my multitude of questions. Response to my questions was sometimes slow between the staff and breeder but I realize that was out of their control. Overall, it was a great option with many perks get to my new puppy. Thanks Pawrade!
