We loved working with Pawrade to find our cute puppy. Everyone at Pawrade was knowledgable and accessible. Truly appreciated that they were always one text away when we had any questions. Our Bischpoo is perfect-healthy and has the sweetest personality. I have recommended Pawrade to our friends.

Hey Denise, Thank you for the kind words and thank you for trusting Pawrade. Best wishes.
Most of the time the communication was good about getting my questions answered. But they need to post more information about the dog before purchase. Mine was apparently raised in a kennel so household noises like the tv and vacuum scare him. He wasn’t exposed enough to the outside world during his first few months and it’s taking a lot of work to get him used to things. I love him, he’s healthy and affectionate, but the breeders should be selected more carefully.

Patricia, thank you for choosing Pawrade. And thank you for the honest review and the constructive criticism. We are always looking for ways to improve. Currently our concierges will happily answer any questions you may have before purchase such as kennel/home raised. We will certainly consider adjusting our listings to provide more information initially.
This was my first time using Pawrade and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. All staff members responded to my questions promptly. The process was straightforward and easy. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for healthy pets!
