The wait time was very short. The provider was patient, asked a lot of questions and provided suggestions and solutions.

This is amazing. I had a concern about my dog and got onto the app with a real person, not an AI thing and was able to get real answers! They showed compassion and concern. The follow up is amazing as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them!!!

The compassion you felt from the team is something they bring every single day, and the follow-up matters just as much to us as that first conversation.
I had an excellent online appointment with a veterinarian through Pawp. The vet took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one thoroughly. I was given clear recommendations and several treatment options, which made me feel informed and involved in deciding the best plan for my pet. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt heard throughout the appointment. It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend Pawp for anyone looking for convenient, compassionate veterinary care.

Dr. Marianne was very helpful in diagnosing a skin condition for my cat. She also recommended products I could use as treatment for my cat. I will sleep better tonight knowing this information.

My requests for a manager to call me back (by phone), after being subject to a dysfunctional exchange of email with Pawp, in which I was repeatedly asked to state how Pawp can assist me, when I repeatedly stated what assistance I needed, were outright denied. No manager called me back. I guess these managers are nameless, faceless, speechless, and spineless. I went so far as to email the CEO and co-founder of Pawp, Marc Atiyeh, NO REPLY. It’s pretty easy to figure out the culture and customer culture at Pawp. It is abysmal.
