Matthew Garcia made the onboarding process very simple. Matthew is very thorough and communicated well the options available to make our employees daily workload more manageable without answering phones. I appreciated the follow-ups and check-in during the initial 30 days of service and after. When going over the script it helped to have someone with experience to give suggestions as to how the agents would handle the calls specific to the nature of our business. THANKS Matthew! Overall, our experience has been great thus far, a very simple and straight forward set-up which made the process at ease. I would reccomend others to receiving services.

Hi, I would like to give great feedback to one of your customer service agents. We had a billing concern that needed to be fixed and I was so pleased to have Edith help me with it. She was very familiar with how our situation worked, explained what would happen, and what she was doing to correct it. I asked her if she wouldn't mind following our case to make sure everything processed correctly and she was glad to do that for me. Kudos to Edith!!!
