Steven, We love the glowing reviews, but not loving that it isn’t consistent on every call. ☹ We’re definitely looking into what’s happening with your service and will hopefully be able to make some changes to the instructions that will tighten this up and get you glowing reviews every time. A contact center supervisor, Michael, is going to do a complete review and then reach out to you for some more feedback. We think Michael is great at fine-tuning the call handling instructions and working with our quality team to make your caller’s experiences as best as possible. We look forward to chatting!

Hi Jamey. Thanks for your review and for sharing your concerns. We've reached out a few times but unfortunately haven't been able to connect. We're hoping we can talk so that we can learn more about what you are experiencing. Based on your comments, we asked a contact center manager to review your account, but so far everything seems correct - at least as far as we can tell. If we've made a mistake, we'd love to hear about it so that we can make it right with you and make sure it doesn't happen again. If you can, please give us a call at 800-775-7790 so that we can better understand what's happening. We look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Peter, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We know that fast answer times are essential to customer relations, and although it's concerning to hear, we are confident we can shorten the hold time for your callers. Adjustments and testing on your account have been completed, we gave you a call to discuss but didn't reach you. If there is anything else we can help with, give us a call. We're here 24/7!

One of our team members will be reaching out shortly to discuss how we can make improvements to the way agents are handling your calls and find a pricing plan that better fits your needs.

Kat – Thanks for taking the time to speak with us on the phone the other day. We’re glad we were able to clear up the problem you were having with your call forwarding provider’s automated call screening process that was blocking calls from reaching us. If you have additional questions or concerns about your service in the future, don’t hesitate to reach out – our customer service team is available 24/7.

Hi Ganesh, thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Scripting is such an important component of the live answer experience, which is why we offer custom scripting for all of our customers. It sounds like we're missing the mark. I've forwarded your information to the head of the scripting team. They'll be reviewing your account and reaching out to you by early next week.
