Easy to deal with and prompt response. A few pictures from me were worth 1,000 words and I got the correct parts.

They screwed up the order and sent the wrong item but the way the customer service person handled absolutely cracked me up. Talk about defusing a situation. We worked out a really easy way for me to exchange their mistake with the correct item. I really enjoyed dealing with these people and recommend their high quality outdoor furnishings.

I needed a base for a Swivel Glider purchased 9 years ago. It was a bit of a freak thing but these guys got me what I needed quickly and at a great price. I was so impressed that I bought a complete set of cushions from them and they exceeded my expectations. Thanks PatioHQ

I’m very pleased with the swivel rocker cushions I ordered. I chose the additional options for a button on the back cushion and welting on the seat cushion. That really sets off the look!

Beautiful patio furniture at an unbelievable price. They went out of their way to find fabric for my patio couches in a time where materials are scarce. The delivery was timely and professional. I couldn’t be happier.
