Looks great. Sturdy. Unfortunately one of the screws broke in the sleeve. Stainless can be brittle. Trying to work around it.

The customer service was superb! I ordered a sample for color matching, and it arrived quickly. I emailed customer service with a question, and they responded within a couple of hours. The item was packaged well and I love it.

Thank you for your time and this feedback.
Fast chat response service that helped with preorder. Quick delivery, easy installation and beautiful product! Definitely will order again from Ponoma Steel, have told friends and family where I got my stainless steel shelves.

Ponoma was one of few companies to offer a stainless steel half-circle mantel. Exactly what I wanted for my newly remodeled fireplace. It’s exactly what I pictured. I wish I had ordered it with more distance from front to back at its maximum depth. The outside ends are narrow, in keeping with the perfect half-circle… so the useable surface is limited. But the mantle itself is beautiful.

Thank you, Tracy, for your feedback
Reasonable price, fast and very secure shipping! Metallic gold mantle came in a wood crate so there was no damage. Very easy to install.

It sounds like you're reviewing a product, possibly a mantle or surround for a fireplace and TV setup. I can understand how frustrating it can be when parts don't line up as expected, especially when there's an added cost for painting. Self-tapping sheet metal screws could definitely be a good fix in that situation, as they would make installation smoother and save time. It's great to hear, though, that despite the installation issues, the product delivered the look and protection you were after! Do you think the product’s benefits outweigh the installation hurdles

Hello David, Thank you for your review. I'm glad you like our products. In most cases, installing our shelves is a very simple process, but due to the abundance of options and differences in the structure of the walls and wall coverings, the installer has to solve additional problems, which are discussed on our website here: https://ponomasteel.com/pages/how-to-install-floating-shelf-countertop-and-how-much-weight-can-the-ponoma-shelf-hold Sometimes there may be questions that require joint discussion - do not hesitate to contact us if you have difficulties installing our shelves - we are always in touch and respond quickly. Best regards, Uri
