Brilliant product, I LOVE it!
Brilliant product, smashing customer service. I've wanted one of these for a while but had to save up and was ecstatic when I saw they were having a winter sale. I'm so happy with it, I had been worried because I don't like ordering from abroad and it's really hard to find UK reviews but I couldn't be more impressed with the quality. I guess time will tell about the longevity, but first impressions are that it's really well made and the materials are sturdy enough (bearing in mind the price and the fact that it's designed to be portable. It IS pretty heavy though, the frame in particular, so I think it's a set up not too far a walk from the car :D I'm going to get a tree hanger for it I think and just use the frame at home. I have sensory processing disorder and I knew that I would like the movement of it and to relax in and I DO :) :) It's SO good, I've barely been out of it since I put it up! I managed to put it together easily on my own although I do need to stand on a small stool in order to hang the pod on the hook - I am 5'3". The frame and the ring were easily assembled and all fit together well, no manufacturing misalignments, everything just right. I contacted the company through Instagram mostly and they were great, thanks a lot guys. I'll be back to buy another one I think, so I can have one inside and one outside :)
