Will not zip
My 2 teen age boys and myself, their mom cannot get it to zip. Even if we do finally get it to zip I cant imagine that it will not tear at the zipper. Very frustrating as this was a gift for my daughter and no one can use it.

Hi Fran, thank you for posting a review and we’re sincerely sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We have sent you a direct message and email to be able to quickly fix this for you. We are looking forward to hearing from you and resolve your concern as our customer's happiness is of the upmost importance to us. Assembly can be a little challenging on first use, as the fabric is slightly less stretchy. You should find though that after the first time you've sat inside, the fabric will stretch and the subsequent assembly will be much easier. The zipper is very high quality and guaranteed to hold the tension. We'll look forward to speaking with you directly and thank you once again for letting us know your experience - let's try to get this turned around for you the soonest! Team Hangout Pod
