Great customer service. I ordered a custom sized replacement cushion, along with standard replacement cushions, and they were very helpful.

I have only 4 stars because there were so many mix ups in my order and after a year and a half I still don’t have the right coffee table cover!! But I gave a high mark because the service was so nice and tried their best and actually called me back!! So bravo, even though I still don’t have the order right, I like how I was treated. Plus, I love my furniture! It’s comfortable, great looking, sturdy and the price was very reasonable compared to other places. I have recommended PatioHQ to several friends who’ve ordered and been very happy.

PatioHQ is our go-to company for custom cushions. Although they have several standard in-stock items, often our projects require customization. Their fabric selections and seat foam options are numerable. The ease of ordering, their responsiveness and the quality are three main reasons why I continue to work with PatioHQ.
