Since 2016, PatioHQ offers innovative products featuring quality craftsmanship to enhance our customers’ enjoyment of the outdoors. We think you will find the everyday prices on our website to be very competitive for high quality outdoor furniture and made in the USA cushions. We hear all the time that our prices are too good to be true, what’s the catch? There’s no catch, we don’t spend millions of dollars on marketing and we are online only which alleviates overhead costs, those savings are passed onto the customer. You may also customize individual pieces and furniture sets with our vast offering of beautiful, durable outdoor fabrics to truly make each piece your own.

Hard to find cushions that are a nonstandard size for our unit, but PatioHQ made it easy. The order was handled with care and precision. Order was delivered ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend their services as we are sure you will be satisfied.

We are very pleased with our patio cushions. The color is more vibrant and pretty than on the website. The covers are nice and sturdy also. We are anxious to put our patio furniture out and put our née cushions on.

We couldn’t be happier with our cushions. We were in need of replacement cushions for our outdoor sectional and had a difficult time finding the right size. Patio HQ had the perfect size. They are much higher quality than our original cushions. Fast shipping too! Love them!

Hi Barbara, thank you for the review and your business. We hope you have a wonderful summer! PatioHQ
Ordered 2 cushions for chairs and ottoman cushion. One chair and ottoman cushion arrived about 60 days later. Unfortunately I was short the second cushion. Happily it came last week. They did solve my problem and were pleasant in the process!

Hi Barbara, thank you for the review and we apologize that it took so long to replace, that isn't the norm for us but these are trying times today with supply chain issues and Covid still floating around. We're happy that everything was resolved. PatioHQ
We bought a beautiful Cabo cushioned patio set back in 2017 from our local furniture store. Unfortunately with the ever changing seasons here in Wisconsin, it can put extreme wear and tear on your outdoor furniture. Two years ago we had an excessive amount of snow and even though we had covers on our furniture we had forgotten to remove the support piece from our club chair. With all of the heavy snow melting it turned to ice and made the support sag and we could no longer use our chair. I have searched for a while now to try to find replacement parts and was so thankful to stumble upon Patio HQ. I was able to find a replacement support piece for our chair and new furniture clips for our couch as ours had broken. I will definitely order from here again if I’m ever in need of additional replacement parts for our outdoor furniture set! The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because the items I was looking for didn’t have pictures on the site. It would be very helpful and beneficial to know exactly what your replacement part looks like before you order to ensure it’s the correct piece.

The ordering process was easy and information re: estimated shipping date for an item that was not immediately available was provided up front. The item was received within the promised time and a question/concern I had after receiving the item was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Would use your site again in the future.
