We hear all the time that our prices are too good to be true, what’s the catch? There’s no catch, we don’t spend millions of dollars on marketing and we are online only which alleviates overhead costs, those savings are passed onto the customer. You may also customize individual pieces and furniture sets with our vast offering of beautiful, durable outdoor fabrics to truly make each piece your own.

Took over 8 months to complete order and did so with colors not as ordered. Will not order from them again.

Hi, unfortunately it did take a lot longer than expected to ship this product which was stuck overseas and then in a container at the port for several months due to Covid and supply chain issues. However, we communicated to the customer about this and offered a different color which the customer agreed to and was well aware of the new color as well as the option to cancel their order which they did not do. Thank you for your business and have a great year! PatioHQ
My new oversized custom cushions were exactly as i ordered them and look great ! The ordering process was super easy and high tech with me sending photos of existing cushions and measurements.

Great work on the cushions. Communications with the customer could be better.

Hi Stephen, thank you for the review. We agree that the communication could've been better but unfortunately we are dealing with trying times this year from the Covid pandemic and worldwide shortages of supplies, raw materials, etc.. Have a great summer! PatioHQ
I initially had a problem with an order and Ken personally took care of the issue. I now have beautiful cushion. Thanks Ken

Ordered new cushions for my outdoor chairs. The on-line chat with customer service was very responsive and helpful. My order came sooner than expected and there were not issues.

Hi Christine, thank you for the nice review and we are delighted that you love your new cushions. Have a great summer! PatioHQ
Great that I could actually text with one of your designers. Website is also very useful. Only problem, and it was a surprise, is that the delivery date was changed and I was bot informed of it. I had to email to check as I had not received shipping info by the initial ship date, then was informed the order would be delayed. Products are excellent and as described on site.

Hi Robert, sorry about the length of time it took but it was out of our control as we are dealing with worldwide shipping logistic issues, unexpected raw material shortages, etc. from the Covid pandemic. Happy to hear that you love the product. Have a great summer! PatioHQ
