The only thing that is a drawback for me now is finding a doctor to help me get the Rx's suggested from my test results. I needed the urine test done in addition to another; if I did not need the urine, I honestly would've went with Evvy, who provides a doctor to get you what you need after results. This is a huge added headache for me getting someone to not only to help me, but soon. The MicroGenDX customer service dept did help me with a list of surrounding area dr's that were familiar with their testing/results, in order to get me help. The tests themselves were quick and very helpful because doctors here had given up on me! One looked at me crazy when I suggested this testing, told me 'I was reading too much, and actually told me to accept and live with this!!! Our Healthcare today is nothing but sickcare... disgusting!!!

I have been going to my primary care doctor, urologist, OB/GYN, and urgent care since 04/2022. I have been misdiagnosed, undiagnosed, and treated based on my symptoms with multiple antibiotics only to have my symptoms partially resolve. This test gave me the the exact bacteria that is causing my infection so that I can be properly treated.

Quick, discreet, and reasonably priced

I thought i read on the website that this was a California based company but my package came from Florida. Had i known this company had labs in Florida and Texas i would have gone with a different company because, not to say everyone there is transphobic but the person that emailed me back is. My name is typically male but I put female for my sex for accurate results. I had to email customer service and instead of using my name, Marlon Gonzalez refers to me as "Mrs. Lastname." This person just assumed I'm married and referred me as Mrs. This is highly disrespectful, don't assume people are married #1. #2 Just use peoples name. Trans people do exist and we deserve medical care just like everyone else. Next time I will go to planned parenthood. The test might be more invasive but at least they aren't disrespectful. But thank Mrs. Marlon Gonzalez for the negative review.

I appreciate MicroGenDX empowering patients with access to quality lab tests and the process was relatively easy. Gathering sputum is never fun nor easy to do at least for me but appreciate having the option to order tests for myself, great customer service thank you!

Received the test kit in a timely manner. Tests were done very quickly and results posted in a timely manner. Very good after service with my primary care having a facetime with the lab assistant to decide how to best treat my ailment. I am happy to say I finally feel well again.
