Got my Phase 1 PCR test results for Women's KEY the same day my sample was received at the lab. Got my Level 2 NGS results 3 days later. Very helpful when you can't wait. Also, I am very glad I paid the extra for the urine sample, as that has revealed another big part of my problems.

Everything!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to register my kit for a week and the computer just keeps circling and I can't get anywhere to register it. someone who I spoke to on the phone took down the registration information but when the report was ready, I could not get the report because I did not have permission because I had not registered it on the computer.

The test was hard to understand its say its positive but it doesn't say why its positive I bought this hoping that it would help better understand what is wrong with my urinary system but it told me nothing that I didn't already know and was really just of waste of time and money
