I felt a bit hassled about choosing a different shipping method. I know what product I ordered and I know melting is not an issue with it as it will not affect its useability. Maybe make sure your customer service is aware? It was a bit rude when, I indicated to keep the original shipping, to send a rather rude email to me announcing not to expect any refund if the product came melted when I had just indicated that was ok.

Our small business puts a lot of focus on making sure our products make it to the customer in the best condition possible and providing excellent customer service, so we are sorry to hear you felt hassled in your communications with our team. Given the unique feature of Mycryo is that it is a powdered cocoa butter, most people would consider it arriving melted as affecting its usability. As such, we did feel it was our responsibility to ensure you understood that, due to the high temperatures during the trip from Georgia to California, it would likely not arrive to you in loose powdered form if we went against policy and shipped your order via ground. The intention of these efforts were not to be rude but purely to make sure you would be satisfied with the product you ordered when it arrived. It looks like your order should be delivered tomorrow. We do hope the Mycryo arrives in good shape and that you have a great week!

I have ordered chocolate and they charged me 100$ for shipping and then my package got not delivered and no one is responsible for ether chocolate or delivery so shop somewhere else. Went back to Amazon as they at least refund money if packages get lost. Package went to a different place

Hi Darya - We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. As we mentioned, our business and team are highly focused on providing the best service to our customers. Even when something unfortunate happens, like a lost or damaged package, we always work with our customers to find a resolution as quickly as possible. Though we don't have any control over shipping rates and understand expedited shipping can be very costly, especially for temperature-sensitive products, we do try to minimize shipping costs as much as possible. Using a retailer closer to your location may be a good option to lower shipping costs. We also have no control over how a package is handled after it leaves our warehouse, however we did attempt to help you locate where the package was delivered, contacted our UPS account rep to escalate this issue, and filed the lost package claim on your behalf. Additionally, you may be confused or missed an email from us as we proactively gave you a full refund for your order, explained it may take several business days to post back to your account, and have stayed in communication with status updates. We do appreciate your business and wish you well in your future pastry ventures. We hope you are able to find a supplier, Amazon or otherwise, who better fits your needs.
The tart shells I ordered arrived in perfect condition - not a single damaged shell! Thank you!

Pastry Depot is outstanding. Great customer service and quality items. I need tart shells for an event next year and wanted to try different flavors and styles. My order was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Flavors and quality are amazing. I highly recommend Pastry Depot.
