Paradise Fibers was established to help fiber artists get premium fiber arts supplies and spinning wheels in 1996. We are a family owned and operated fiber shop now located in a 27,000 square foot store in Spokane, Washington. We ship from the same store you shop in. You'll find we have fair prices, awesome rewards for regular shoppers and knowledgeable staff. Being one of the largest yarn shops in the world has made us a tourist destination for yarn-a-holics and fiber addicts all over the world. We have dozens of Spinning Wheels on Display with over 600 different Wool Rovings to choose from! We are open 7 days a week and ship within 24hrs.

The staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Even to a time consuming long distance phone call discussing the felting properties of various wools and suggestions for my projects.

I had an easy experience shopping online and was able to take advantage of some sale items as well as their offer for free shipping. Somehow, I felt like I was dealing with an old friend, and they delivered everything they promised. Good product, short shipping time, and I'm well on my way thru getting my project completed. Thanks!

Couldn't have had a better online shopping experience! The Paradise family is just awesome. They bend over backwards to make shopping with them is a positive experience. Not the least of it is that the yarn is just lovely and the selection terrific. Paradise has made knitting even more of a pleasure! Thanks, Paradise (especially Nate)!!

This is the service that every knitter wants. When you want yarn, you want yarn NOW. I was very surprised at how fast my yarn was delivered, about 3 days earlier than quoted. Love the yarn and the service. Thanks so much. I will definitely be back in the future.

The folks at PF are nice and willing to go the extra mile. I had some questions and concerns, and they were there to hold my hand! I later received an email asking questions of those who had purchased the item that I bought, asking if it was similar to an earlier model. This was on the request of another potential buyer of the item. (Heddle blocks) Purchases from these folks were out of the door within 24 hours, usually the same day. They had tracking numbers so one could keep informed on your order's progress. Easy to develop a "warm and fuzzy feeling" for these folks!

Paradise Fibers cares about getting their wares to their customers as quickly as possible. I love the square needles. Paradise carries the Kollage squares - circular, straights, and dpns. When I order, I have the product in 2 days for $5. I'll continue going to them for needles as well as fiber. It really is a knitters' paradise!

I love ordering and working with Paradise Fibers. They are friendly, attentive to details, and fast. I ordered, accidently, the same item twice, don't know how it happened, but they called me and straightened it out. Great folks. Also, they have an assortment of how to videos on YouTube that are very good for informing you on processes and new equipment.
