We are a family owned and operated fiber shop now located in a 27,000 square foot store in Spokane, Washington. We ship from the same store you shop in. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered and paid on 8/22. Followed up on 9/5. To be fair, they responded quickly, but with a tracking number that the USPS has no information on. Not shipped yet? Wonder when it will...

To ridiculously slow. My orders used to get all the way to Texas in 2 days. Now an order I placed on the 4th is still not here 10 days later. Editing --When I placed this review, it was generated following my most recent yarn club transaction I believe, but I was waiting for the yarn order that took 13 days. It wasn't sent until 6 days after it was paid for. Regarding the yarn club transaction, an important part of the yarn club buying experience is posting on their Ravelry board and earning points, and the sharing of your projects with others. Unfortunately, even polite disagreements with the new management will get you banned from their board, which makes participation in yarn club quite unworkable. I would not have disagreed publicly with the new management if the new management would have responded to my private messages, but after waiting 3 days for that I gave up. The ban was the only response I was ever given. It was an amazing way to be treated as a customer. Eta- my ravelry message was to PF management's account and I voice my doubts that it was unread. It was just implied that I must have been rude or harassed 'real customers,' everyone on the Ravelry board knows this is untrue. (An implied lie.) I have proved to trustpilot that I am (was) a real customer, which I never should have had to do, and every customer who was lied on by having reviews flagged for proof of purchase deserves an apology.

Hello Lea Anne, I'm so sorry that you didn't receive a response to your request. I don't recall seeing a message on my ravelry account. Is that where you messaged me? I would be happy to help you if there is something that I can do for you. As for being banned from the ravelry board folks who are harassing real customers through the ravelry boards and being rude or nasty will be banned. The rules of the Paradise Fibers group are clearly posted.
I have purchased well over $1000 worth of product from this company over the past twelve months and cannot believe the deterioration in customer service. They advertise that orders ship within 24 hours and that there is 3 day delivery to any state--not the case lately. For each of the past two orders I have had to call to initiate any movement toward getting the orders shipped. Very disappointing as I always try to support small family businesses.
