My order was processed immediately and I actually received my product within several days, clear across the country! I've ordered things in my own state that have taken longer to get here than from Paradise Fibers! Great service and will recommend to all my knitting friends!

Wow, it's really cool that it shows how many of a certain color of yarn they have in stock. They must have just done it right then and there 'cause it's here already.

I have purchase fiber, books and equipment from Paradise Fibers over the last year. 1. Orders are on time. 2. Service is wonderful 3. All the products that I have ordered I have been very pleased, fibers were wonderful and prices are very fair. I ordered the Ply Magazine with my last order and it is just a great publication. If you have not read it yet get a copy. Now go check out their website and find out for yourself.

I received an email on a Friday morning that there was a sale on a Rowan yarn. Buy one, get one and free shipping. I have a closet full of yarn and had recently purchased 2 skeins of another yarn at my LYS within a week of making this purchase. The justification for my purchase was that I cannot purchase Rowan yarns in the city in which I live. No one carries Rowan. I quickly placed my order. I live on the East side of the US and Paradise Fibers is in the West. That did not deter the folks at PF at all. The Monday after I placed my order, I was happily in receipt of my yarn. My beautiful Rowan yarn. Their shipping time amazes me. I recently made a non-yarn purchase within my state and a city approximately two hours from me. It took six days for it to arrive. Great folks at Paradise Fibers with excellent customer service!!

Dear Diana, Thanks for sharing! We cant quite leap tall buildings in a single bound, but we are working on it... I am thrilled that you love your yarn and your justification is sound from my perspective. We ship as fast as we can and we all work to have the best quality we can! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your next project! Sincerely, Morgan G.
If you ever want quality yarn, fiber, or anything to do with fiber arts, Paradise Fibers is in my not so humble opinion the only place to shop. It is the only place I shop for my weaving and spinning material. From my floor loom to my spinning wheel and all things in between, the people of Paradise Fibers are the best. My only complaint is that they are so far away! Some day I will make a trip in person!

Dear Cynthia, Thanks for sharing! We love it when people come to the shop and squeeze and find the perfect yarn or fiber. There is nothing better then seeing and trying all of the wheels to find the perfect one! If you ever make it to Spokane we'll be happy to see you! Thanks again for taking time out your day to give us a review. Have a lovely day and good luck with your next project! Sincerely, Morgan G.
