We loved the pack up and go experience. It was very simple, easy and straightforward. The booking process was fast and the team was so helpful when the hotel has a miscommunication. The team checked in with us via text while we were on our trip and made some great recommendations of places to check out. They made it very easy to travel with a 10 month old baby and even took into consideration earlier dinners, stroller accessibility and naptimes.

What made our experience great was that in spite of the rain Pack Up + Go had things planned for us we didn’t do everything but we did most of them. Also they provided places to eat and things to do based on our likes. I was contacted during my vacation by one of the travel assistants and she assisted me with a change I wanted with professionalism and efficiency. The day we travelled back home another travel assistant informed me of our flight delay. This was the third time we scheduled a vacation with Pack Up + Go and we would do it again. They listen to your requests, and provide excellent customer service. It’s hard not knowing where you are traveling to but it’s worth the surprise!

The hotel where we stayed was very nice. I didn't care for the fact every restaurant only had seafood. there wasn't much to do. The history was very interesting, but I guess I expected more than Beaufort SC

the destination was great as was the bed and breakfast the places booked for dinner reservations were excellent as well as the tours that were booked also many of the suggestions were spot on overall an excellent trip I look forward to our next adventure

The element of surprise. Excellent dinner dining reservations!! Not sure how to prevent this but I started to get advertisements on Facebook of the California northern coast, Mendocino and Bodega Bay. So I had a clue

Our trip was perfect! I loved having gift cards pre-purchased for our dinners out and the park that was recommended for us to stop at partway was FANTASTIC. The drive time was great too, especially since we had a 3 year old with us. He handled it like a champ but it helped that we weren't driving 6+ hours.

Every detail was taken care of. Booking was easy. All of our questions were answered promptly. We had a great experience and a wonderful vacation.
