Andy was able to come on site and made an adjustment for us in terms of reverse speed on the unit. The change was quick and effective. The unit itself has met and exceeded expectations.

Customers really like your product. I would have given a 5 Star but was shipped after deadline. Was never told there was an issue till the day it was supposed to be shipped causing a little frustration from customer. Other than that seems to be a great product and well supported.

Scott Frasier has been outstanding with customer service and support thru out the years. His understanding of the industry and the challenges we dealers face every day make life a lot easier for all of us. His knowledge of the vehicles and trouble shooting when we have issues is priceless ! If Scott wasn't there to support me on a daily basis I would probably quit selling tuggers.

You have several choices when looking at this type of product. But the customer service and the attention to detail outweighed all the others.
