Responsiveness/Equipment is great. Clarity in the whole process could be better. Pricing is a bit confusing, if an item is standard that it is included in pricing. But, in your quotes it a separate cost line item. Can be a bit confusing.

del. time getting a lot better. still wish they would go back to the heaver frames but over all great product.

The cart we purchased is excellent. Very durable, versatile and strong. Dealing with the sales team was a bit strange. It took several attempts to actually book an order.
