Excellent Customer Service with timely confirmation of orders.

I am writing this because they asked me to. Now that may seem irrelevant but the fact that they took the time to even call me (yes on a telephone) puts them miles ahead of any other company! AT&T, Amazon and Automation Direct to name a few send automated emails. Not very personal especially when I specifically ask to have someone call me and they do not! PAC mule called me in regards to an $80 order. Either they are real bored or really do care about customer satisfaction.
