Our experience was good and the staff…
Our experience was good and the staff was very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 starts is that we had much anxiety when we could not find dates for our new house until we found out that some dates were pre-blocked for new owners. If we had known this prior to closing, it would have caused us much less stress about our purchase. We recommend disclosing this to future owners before closing.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your helpful feedback. I've passed it along to the team, and we're continuously working to improve our scheduling process to make it easy and transparent for owners. We're happy to hear that dates were available for you to enjoy your new home!
