Attention to details and making it easy

My wife and I owned and rented a 2nd home for 15 years before we decided it’s too much hassle. We found ourselves spending more time repairing, cleaning, and restocking instead of enjoying our home. When I came across the Pacaso listing for the share we ultimately purchased, I thought it was too good to be true. After going through the sales and purchase process I could only think how Pacaso is the next disruptor in real estate. Sorta like your first ride share experience when you get out and think, “wow, this is a game changer!” Since purchasing our share early 2022, Pacaso has been everything we were hoping and more. Pacaso staff were all friendly, transparent and accommodating. A special touch was helping us by providing a portable crib and being willing to set up gates before our visit to keep our grandchild from falling.
