Great coffee maker, compact and simple to use. High quality materials, has survived being dropped. I experienced excellent customer service when my previous nano broke and they replaced it.

Completely wrong, this is a genuine company, poor customer service but the espresso machines are fantastic. This is a fake company there is no product behind it and all attempts to contact this company are AI response saying the product is on its way shave requested a full refund but suspect will need to have Card company reverse the charge

The nano espresso maker is amazing and their customer service is absolutely fantastic! My nano was completely inoperative after a few months and they replaced it right away!
