Ordered 4 weeks ago !! Still nothing yet . Emailed numerous times , they cut and paste the same email as a response . Offer 10 % discount or cancellation. Awful ment to be a birthday present . Only response is uts going to be shipped in September its the 26th of September!!

The product is great and when I had an issue with my Mino they addressed the problem and sent me a replacement in immediately.

Great coffee maker, compact and simple to use. High quality materials, has survived being dropped. I experienced excellent customer service when my previous nano broke and they replaced it.

Why is it that when you order something that ends up not being even here in the U.S.A. I still haven't received mine and it being shipped from across seas. You say you are Denver based but then you're product comes out of some foreign land. I have tried to cancel we shall see.

Completely wrong, this is a genuine company, poor customer service but the espresso machines are fantastic. This is a fake company there is no product behind it and all attempts to contact this company are AI response saying the product is on its way shave requested a full refund but suspect will need to have Card company reverse the charge
