I had trouble removing an extra "seat" from my account and Julia, was not just able to do that for me, but also issued a prorated refund for the money paid. I love Otter.ai and use it all the time for business meetings. It has been a game changer for me!

Thank you for recognizing Julia! We're so glad she provided a helpful and responsive experience.
It took a little while to get through to a human, but once I did, the understanding of my problem and the speed of response were good. The service is not cheap, but it does save a lot of time and energy. Definitely worth it.

Otter is a great company to work with, solid product, and very attentive to the customer experience when issues arise. I'd highly recommend giving them a go, if you're exploring AI transcription software.

The product is good, legit and really useful. They only need to improve some languages but engish is super and the most important thing: the people. Customer care is top! and they are trying to fix that is not there 100%. If you need a recording solution in this fast-moving world this is your best shot.
