I purchased a one-year Otter.ai subscription on 6 December. Although I rarely use the service, I counted on having access when I needed it. Since yesterday, I have been unable to access my account, just when I need it. Support told me they had no record of my payment. I sent them proof of payment, but I have received no reply and my access has not been restored. Being unable to use a service I have already paid for is unacceptable. This experience has left me feeling scammed, and I intend to dispute the payment through my bank. Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away. Ticket #759346 remains unresolved. Despite several emails and repeatedly providing proof of payment, Otter.ai has still not reactivated my account. I will now raise a formal payment dispute. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I had an issue with an unexpected charge after my Otter Business free trial and contacted customer support for assistance. Morgen responded promptly and resolved the issue very quickly, issuing a full refund and confirming the cancellation of my subscription. The whole support experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. I really appreciated Morgen’s courteous and efficient assistance. Thank you!

We have been using Otter.ai for all our meetings with our teams. Our company has recently undergone some changes that required a change in our meeting's platform. This change caused us to cancel our account with Otter.ai. Morgen from customer support worked with me to get an outcome that worked for Otter and my company. Great job, Morgen!!

Its great, app is easy to use, mobile friendly while the team is accommodating and quick to respond. They also refunded me for my accidental purchase

Brittany from Otter support was very helpful and responsive. She guided us through applying our TechSoup nonprofit discount after our annual renewal had already gone through, applied the credit correctly, and arranged the refund for the remaining balance. The process was handled smoothly and clearly.

I am loving this tool to help me notetaking. Also I contacted customer support to see if I could get a student discount as a UK university student. The customer support was great. Agni from customer support was great and emailed me back quickly with clear advice to sort out my discount!
