I would like to thank the support team of otter.ai for their help to resolve an issue which was annoying for me and I did not know how to solve. Debit on my account and refund First a very courteous and respectful attitude. Very fast resolution in 24 hours after a simple check request. Second there were not obligated to refund. Third special thanks to Junnior Torres for leading succesfully the resolution. Kind regards and thanks to otter.ai surely a great Company if you have such team. I am happy to give 5 stars. OC

I used the service and it was good and what expected. Then I didn't need transcript service for a while and forgot to cancel autorenewal and on the next year's renewal my account was charged according to the schedule but I asked them to refund and they quickly refunded. So I thank them for this experience. Generally a good service in this domain.

We accidentally added an extra team member and were charged an additional fee. We reached out to customer support to explain the situation, and to our surprise, we received a response within an hour confirming that they had issued a refund.
