Two of the four water level sensors have needed replacement. Now one of the cables also need replacement. A 5 meter replacement cable should have been sent. Instead a 2 foot cable was sent.

Friendly on the phone. Helped me choose correct item. Shipped immediately and arrived quickly.

Unfortunately this product is not durable. Broke within 1 week of use.

Great little data logger and good after sales service!

I have been operating a network with dozens of HOBO sensors, including six different models, for a few years now. The equipment is reliable and the software interface is not too bad. I have interacted with both sales and technical service people and with only one exception they have all been extremely helpful. Ordering equipment and parts has always been easy and delivery on time.

Arrived on time. Love the units. We are providing Mobile Services for COVID Infusions and these work great in our vehicles with the fridges.

Updated to wi-fi data loggers from C/S support.
