Great support for customers, rapid turnaround

I own 6 hobo temperature loggers. I need 1 working logger, and had to buy a new base station to download. Now I find out I have to pay $75 MORE to get the software so the product will work. I could have just bought a different logger for less money that doesn't require a download device or another purchase for the software. There's an extra $200 cost for no gain whatsoever.

Thanks for taking the time to accept my order over the phone after the online system did not wish to accept it.
