Easy to use online purchase offers. The in store customer service experience Awesome! Was sadden that after purchase for in store pick up. I arrived to pick up tickets I was informed. That I can't pick up tickets for 24hrs after online purchase, but it was not in the disclosed on the online store. All wasn't lost I still received my tickets same day. Great service and, the in store deals a lot better than online.

I found my experience with the Official Ticket Center to be extraordinarily helpful. They were patient, very informative, friendly, and spoke clearly. They listened and accommodated me in a most wonderful fashion. Beyond my expectations!

Great customer service

Excellent experience, even though I was a little worried about ordering online from an unknown site and getting e-tickets. I called and spoke with someone, and they reassured me if anything were to happen and my tickets didn’t work, they would never leave me without. We had no problems with our tickets!! Woohoo!! I would definitely use them again!!

Decided to use them as they offered an E ticket. However, after purchase, they suddenly turned around and said they couldn't verify the email or IP address so they could not send the e-ticket. It now has to be collected from them in person. This negates the whole fast pass option as we will only be able to collect the tickets a few days before we want to visit the park. ******Update****** I have just spoken to a lovely lady by the name of Eileen and she has promised to look into the matter. After she did she explained the reasoning behind the e-ticket not being sent and it made sense. After confirming a few more details she promised to send the E-Ticket which will allow us to book the fast pass 30 days ahead of schedule. Really pleased that they were able to turn a complaint into a compliment, this should be the goal of every company out there. *********2nd Update******** received my E-ticket as promised within 30 minutes of speaking to Eileen. Really great. My advice for any-one would be to call them to discuss any issues you might have after placing the order.
