Very easy to use

Very easy and quick to use!

I had a very good experience buying my 1 day value ticket for Magic Kingdom. I don't have the actual ticket but a confirmation number and will pick up the actual ticket at the theme park in August. What I believe was exceptional service is that the woman called me and advised that I save the $15 delivery charge so that I could get an immediate confirmation number so that I could coordinate my fast pass with my son who already had tickets. Had the actual ticket been delivered, we might have missed the opportunity to coordinate the fast pass. So thank you for that.

Always excellent prices, easy to order and pick up! The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful.

Ordered a Universal Studios ticket, received it in the mail within 2 business days of ordering. I was able to add the ticket to my Universal app without issue. I will definitely be The Official Ticket Center in the future! I highly recommend them!

No real e tickets

communication ok but ordering online means also no hustle . we still need to pick upthe tickets at the will call booth.

Great there is a fraud prevention system, just annoying that we after contacting them still could only receive first part of etickets and then had to go to their location to pick up the remaining. Not least a bit inconsequential to send some per mail and not all, though this saved our purchase there as we were in Tampa at the time. Then it did not help as one individual hung up on me when I called back, not once but twice, right after I stated my name. I do not want to give his name out here, but if you want to know just ask me, this is not professional in my opinion.
