Booking from the Bahamas, so of course there were issues with security checks and credit card, while I appreciate the fact that I can pick up my tickets from your office in Orlando, I really wish there were other ways to confirm the validity of my card before I arrive in Orlando for two reasons..1. To be able to select Fast Pass before all options are taken and 2. having to stop by your office to pick them up on a day we were planning to visit one of the parks cuts into our time at the parks.

I received the tickets real fast before my vacation thank you

I was unable to get my order due to an over the top screening process that did not accept the payment even although the name on the order and the name on the Credit card were the same. To link a screening process to an e-mail address is ridiculous.
