I have not received any response or notification about me order

Placed order didn’t realize it was US funds so $50 more than I thought. Went on website and saw able to cancel before producing contacted next day NEVER got confirmation email so was back and forth as I didn’t have order number. Order canceled but was charged $5 USD They also wanted me to continue order in case I change my mind so I would have to pay full price. Not happy that I didn’t get confirmation email but more unhappy with price of ornaments - shop local instead and no guarantee it would arrive before Christmas

Would like to be notified when my package is coming.

Easy process excellent gift and will update when I receive the product . Happy so far , gift is great although I wish it came with a frame . Excellent product

I just ordered and did a customization. It was simple and easy. We will see what the delivery and end product are like. So far so good.

Loved being able to preview to make sure the names of my grandchildren were represented with the proper elephant. So it was easy to edit to make sure the names were in the spots I wanted. Was very easy to finish the task in a quick manner. Can't wait to get my special ornament
