Contacted the company as I never received a confirmation email. They responded right away. Them got my order as promised, but the quality was lacking. Expected a 3-D item (as portrayed in their advertising) but got a flat piece of plastic instead. They DID spell my name correctly, which is not often the case....

Actually a zero. Scam site. Rip off. Never received my order of two ornaments. Emailed company with no reply.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I ordered an ornament to symbolize my nephews engagement. I paid for their “quick ship” option an additional 9.99. Needed it by yesterday12/21. Ordered in mid November! Contacted company numerous times because tracking showed nothing. All they did was continue to send a tracking number. I demanded a refund at this point- they refunded $4.00!! Out of 40 bucks (10 was for the quick ship) $4.00! How did they even come up with that? Total scam! Do not order from this company!

I was so disappointed when I opened the box. What I received was a plastic picture of the 3D image they show on their website. I was really looking forward for this ornament because my Son joined the ARMY and he wouldn't be home for Christmas. So this is a HUGE disappointment!!! Also when checking out, they were trying to charge me for 2 when I only wanted to order 1. Becareful if you order from this Company because it's all Bullsh*t!

Very fun to customize a Christmas ornament!

I received my grandkids' reading pillows today and they are absolutely adorable. They are everything I expected and more. The covers are silky soft and can easily be removed for cleaning. They came right on time too.
